LAVIDGE Celebrates a Decade of Winning Top Honors for Best Advertising in Ranking Arizona

Rankings consistently high agencywide with multiple top-3 and top-10 placements
PHOENIX (March 31, 2021) – LAVIDGE successfully defended its No. 1 rank for Best Advertising in the 2021 Ranking Arizona competition in addition to showing well agency wide in the newly released book.
Ranking Arizona recognizes Phoenix businesses for excellence each year and is published by AZ Big Media.
The LAVIDGE management team is honored, and at the same time humbled, by its ongoing success. At a time when many agencies—along with small businesses in general—have struggled to get ahead, LAVIDGE has been fortunate to pick up much new business, as well as maintain existing client work. Campaigns tied to the 2020 election and keeping the public informed during the COVID-19 pandemic (both pro bono and paid) were key factors in keeping the agency busy with a plethora of advertising assignments.

Members of the Creative team weren’t the only employee-owners whose work stood out in 2020 at the Phoenix-based, full-service agency.
LAVIDGE Public Relations – Notable Clients moved up to the No. 2 slot overall from 9th position in 2020. Highlights included numerous press releases, a grand opening (and at least one grand re-opening) and more.
Agency Culture Never Missed a Beat
Being able to pivot seamlessly from working in the office four to five days per week to 100% remotely was key to delivering the same level of quality professional services LAVIDGE has provided clients since opening in 1982. Perhaps that’s why LAVIDGE ranked No. 3 for Best Workplace Culture - Company Perks.
Despite obstacles, LAVIDGE found ways to maintain monthly birthday parties and holiday giveaways hosted by the Fun Committee, and offer regular opportunities for employees to give back through IMPACT community service projects. Monthly staff meetings, daily stand ups and other opportunities continued, as well, with fewer hiccups than expected while going virtual.
