Celebratory ‘Crowd-Sourced’ Video Created by LAVIDGE Employees Wins 2021 Energage Spirit Award

Winning video broadcast during AZ Central’s virtual 2021 Top Work Places 2021 awards
PHOENIX (July 12, 2021) – LAVIDGE is twice honored to have earned AZ Central and Energage's 2021 Spirit Award for its celebratory video created by and for LAVIDGE employees after learning the agency was a Top Work Place winner.
All 110 winners of the annual awards were invited to submit a video to AZ Central showing company spirit. Of those 12 were nominated to Energage, AZ Central's awards research partner, for judging.
The winning video, edited by LAVIDGE Shooter/Editor Sasha Knock, used videos submitted by several agency employees. The concept was simple. Be yourself. Show LAVIDGE pride. And infuse creativity wherever possible.
The result was a video that the judge at Energage noted during the live-streamed virtual awards celebration on July 8 how much he loved that "employees are comfortable with each other and are excited about what they do."
The award comes with a $500 gift card, which will be used to treat employees later this month.
