Smartcomm is a wireless technology investment firm. They came to
us with a Web site that had several problems. First, there was no
login area for their investors. They had a blog but no way to
access, update, and maintain it. The common issue of having no
clear purpose for the Web site and no strategy going in created
these problems.
IMA addressed, developed and executed the following seven
criteria in the redesign of Smartcomm's Web site: Strategy, Design,
Traffic, Optimization, Technology, Development, and Conversion.
What this approach did overall for the company was to increase
brand credibility by presenting a professional Web site with a
secure login for investors allowing them paperless communication.
The blog was revamped and integrated into the home page for fresh,
relevant content to be displayed. Ultimately, the Web site became
an engaging, user-friendly portal that communicated a unique
technology investment opportunity to prospects.
