OpenWorks is a nationwide franchise providing facility
maintenance and cleaning solutions. They came to us with a Web site
that lacked a clear purpose and set of goals. They were also having
trouble drawing interest with their Web site. They wanted to invest
in a redesign that would effectively engage their key audiences and
convert prospects into clients.
IMA approached the new Web site with a focus on key
differentiators, which were distilled into succinct messages and
displayed right on the new home page as well as within the "About
Us" section. We replaced imagery of cleaning equipment with that of
people to give the Web site an engaging, human quality. In order to
attract, engage, and convert new clients, we designed the
navigation with a focus on the user experience. This new user-based
navigation offers their different audiences relevant content
tailored just for them. Consumer confidence is boosted with the new
showcase of existing clients in an attractive home page rotator. In
addition, we created a foundation for ongoing success with SEO and
traffic performance.
